Seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant & Household Manager to support a civic leader in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

This role combines executive support with management of a dynamic private residence functioning as an “embassy-style” home, hosting Shabbat guests, delegations, and events.

Ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, hands-on, and committed to excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Household & Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of a high-activity home
  • Ensure the home is organized, maintained, and guest-ready
  • Manage staff, vendors, maintenance, and supplies

Events & Shabbat

  • Coordinate Shabbat meals, hosted events, and logistics
  • Manage guest lists and research bios
  • Oversee ordering and operations
  • Executive Support

Manage a complex calendar

  • Coordinate meetings, visits, and logistics
  • Solve problems proactively

Guest & Communication

  • Primary contact for guests and inquiries
  • Manage requests through follow-up

Systems & Administration

  • Maintain and improve systems, workflows, and checklists
  • Organize, document, and track tasks

WHO YOU ARE

Professional, discreet, and trustworthy

Very organized and detail-oriented

Calm under pressure; able to manage multiple priorities and be proactive

Strong communicator with excellent follow-through

Independent, hands-on, and resourceful

Respectful of a religious household

Tech-savvy; fluent in English and Hebrew

Mature and seeking a long-term role

DETAILS

Full-time: 10:00–18:00 (flexibility required)

Lives in Jerusalem
