U.S. Trained – Appointment Coordinator

GreenPoint Financial is seeking an energetic Appointment Coordinator to assist with increasing our client base and generating new business.

The position involves cold calling financial institutions in the U.S., effectively describing GreenPoint’s services, and calendaring appointments for further discussion with GreenPoint executives in the U.S.

Specifics: Work from home in Israel; Monday through Thursday, U.S. business hours (4pm to 12am, Israeli time) about thirty hours per week; Israeli employee or consultant options; competitive hourly wage.

Requirements

  • U.S. based education or professional experience
  • Experience with outbound sales
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with high-level business executives
  • High volume of calls expected: open to make 130+ dials per day, in effort to reach 10-15 targets per day
  • Familiarity with the financial industry (unity banks and credit unions), a plus
  • Quiet, professional home office (PC + equipment, and high-speed internet connection)
