Export Coordinator – On Location in Warehouse - JERUSALEM
Judaica WebStore is seeking a motivated and hardworking Export Coordinator to join our logistics team. The role involves overseeing and managing outgoing shipments from the company’s warehouse, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
We are the world's largest online Judaica and Jewish products store, partnering with local artists to sell Israeli-made items all over the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare export packages for international shipment.
- Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and tracking of outgoing orders.
- Work closely with warehouse staff, shipping companies, and internal teams to guarantee smooth operations.
- Monitor schedules to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
- Perform physical tasks related to packaging and handling shipments (no heavy lifting required).
Requirements:
- Good command of English.
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn and work with shipping/logistics software.
- Hardworking, efficient, and results-oriented, with a high level of productivity.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness and ability to perform physical work.
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
- Russian language is an advantage.
*Full-time position, 8-9 hrs/day, Sun-Thu
*Overtime may be needed during busy seasons before holidays
