Responsibilities:

  • Working with an operations team of highly skilled IT, system, networking and security engineers
  • Provide end user IT support in a primarily Windows desktop/laptop environment
  • Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook/Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint) and user productivity tooling
  • Support Entra ID (Azure AD) identity operations and security controls
  • Installation, monitoring and maintenance of end user hardware and software (laptops, peripherals)
  • Responsible for maintaining endpoint security/software/patch updates and ensuring devices remain compliant with policy
  • Basic troubleshooting of network connectivity issues
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory and support onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Support remote user VPN access for GlobalProtect & OpenVPN



Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience in IT support / service desk / desktop support – supporting a business production environment
  • Strong Windows 11 end user support experience (desktop troubleshooting, application support, device setup)
  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 (mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint, licensing/access support as relevant)
  • Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) including user/group/device management and security controls
  • Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune/MDM), device provisioning/imaging and compliance policies
  • Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Experience with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of end user hardware (laptops/desktops, docking stations, printers, peripherals)
  • Must be a team player with initiative, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks through to completion
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English


Advantages:

  • Linux experience (basic troubleshooting/CLI)
  • Experience supporting identity/security initiatives (e.g., MFA rollout/support, Conditional Access troubleshooting, least privilege approaches)
  • Ability to research, evaluate and recommend new tools and solutions to improve support and reliability
  • Familiarity with monitoring/remote support tools and maintaining internal documentation/knowledge base


Office is located in Jerusalem (hybrid – 2 days in the office)
