Administration & Logistics Manager – Jerusalem in Office
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration & Logistics Manager for a Yeshiva in Jerusalem to oversee operations, logistics among others.
This role’s responsibilities include Internal and external communications, the planning and logistics for events and program execution, administration, shopping, orders, inventories and monitoring budgets.
Requirements:
- Professional level of English and Hebrew
- minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in database management, Google Suite, and project management tools.
- Experience in event planning and logistics coordination.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with bochurim and staff.
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility for peak event periods.
