WFH: Project Onboarding/Sales Associate (ISRAEL-BASED ONLY)

Trebuchet Outsourcing Services is recruiting a Project Onboarding/Sales Associate on behalf of a client who operates a custom software/website development company.

You will be interacting with potential customers to ascertain the specifics of their software requirements and to work with them to develop a preliminary specification which will be handed over to the developers for further refinement and implementation.

You will also proactively seek out new customers in our client’s target markets and sell them on the benefits of engaging with our client for their custom software needs.

Qualifications:

• A background in programming, or requirements-gathering or system analysis
• Organized, efficient and a strong work ethic
• An excellent telephone manner – articulate, relaxed and self-possessed
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Sales experience a strong plus
• Fluency in Yiddish a strong plus

Terms:

• You must be eligible to work legally in the USA
• You must have a quiet work environment, a strong internet connection and a fully equipped home office, including a state-of-the-art Windows computer and accessories, and including video camera and headset (this is a work-from-home position)

Hours:

• 4:00pm – 9:00pm Israel time (overlaps with 9:00am – 2:00pm US Eastern time), Mon – Thurs

Compensation:

• Hourly, plus commissions for new customer acquisition
