The prime minister “thanked the delegation members for their consistent support for the State of Israel, and said that Israel is the model of a true ally.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu thanked a bipartisan delegation of U.S. Congress members for their support for Israel at a meeting in Jerusalem on Thursday.

Organized by the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), the group included Mike Bost (R-Ill.), Rep. Jen Kiggans (R-Va.), Jake Ellzey (R-Texas), Don Davis (D-N.C.) and Ryan Zinke (R-Mont.).

Netanyahu “thanked the delegation members for their consistent support for the State of Israel, and said that Israel is the model of a true ally,” according to the office of the prime minister.

Mark Waldman, senior vice president of AIPAC, and Cameron Brown, director of AIPAC Israel, also took part in the meeting.
