Job Description:
* Manage online, phone, and walk-in bookings.
* Handle guest inquiries and special requests pre-arrival.
* Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams.
* Proficiency in computers and software.
* Marketing and sales.
Requirements:
* 3 years of work experience
* Experience in customer service/sales – significant advantage
* Experience in administration
* Organizational and management skills
* High proficiency in both English and Hebrew
Shifts Sunday-Friday in Jerusalem center
