We're seeking a friendly, organized individual to join our team in supporting our students.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Sundays, 3 hours between 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST
- Location: Remote
- Rate: $20/hour, increasing to $22/hour after one month
Responsibilities:
- Contact students by phone for weekly check-ins
- Provide friendly support and encouragement regarding course progress
- Log all call details and outcomes in our CRM system
- Help maintain positive student engagement and momentum
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Native English language
- Warm, encouraging personality
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic computer skills for CRM data entry
- Comfortable working independently
Training Provided:
We'll provide complete training on our processes, CRM system, and student engagement best practices.
