Commercial Real Estate Attorney - Remote (Within Israel)
Established firm seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney with a strong background handling commercial real estate transactions for buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, and landlords.
Responsibilities:
Handle commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, loan documents, and operating agreements
Review title commitments, underlying title documents, and surveys
Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel throughout transactions
Manage multiple matters while ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Requirements:
7+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
Strong experience representing buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, and landlords
Extensive experience with commercial purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and title review
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Remote, Full Time, US hours required
