Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to support complex operational initiatives. This role plays a critical part in analyzing trends, shaping business strategy, and enabling data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Key Responsibilities
- Analyze case data, outcomes, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and improve resolution success rates
- Collaborate with business, legal, and operations teams to gather requirements, define objectives, and translate complex needs into actionable solutions
- Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts of evolving business or regulatory requirements; proactively recommend solutions
- Develop and maintain clear business and functional requirements documentation
- Create and execute test plans and test cases to validate system and process improvements
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including stakeholder coordination, user guidance, and readiness validation
- Lead defect triage by prioritizing issues, coordinating resolutions, and ensuring timely closure
- Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals through ongoing validation and stakeholder engagement
- Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a similar role
- Strong ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience with requirements gathering, test planning, and defect management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools)
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project environments
Preferred Experience
- Experience in healthcare or consulting environments
- Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven processes
- Experience working cross-functionally with legal, operations, and technical teams
Requirements
- Native-level English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and general computer skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Reliable home internet connection (wired/router-based, not Wi-Fi)
- Availability for at least 4–5 hours overlap with U.S. business hours
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
