A friendly wholesale business is seeking a proactive, capable, and efficient individual as a Customer Service/Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be reliable, highly organized, and detail-oriented, taking ownership of responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations with a warm, patient, and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Answering phones and communicating pleasantly with customers and vendors.

* Providing excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and resolving issues amicably via phone and email.

* Handling inquiries regarding missing or incorrect items and providing updates on order and delivery timelines.

* Entering orders accurately into their software system.

* Monitoring emails to stay on top of customer and vendor communications and responding promptly.

* Emailing invoices to customers.

The hours for this position are initially 9 AM to 3 PM EST, with the possibility of increased hours as needed.  Prior work experience is required.
