The organization has a long track record of success and is backed by a certified Nihul Takin. The incoming CEO will gradually take on full leadership responsibilities, with the clear goal of eventually overseeing all aspects of the organization’s operations, programming, and financial strategy—including fundraising. This will be a phased transition, with the founder’s ongoing support during the handover process.
