We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our Implementation Team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to clients as they transition to systems, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will troubleshoot technical issues, guide clients through system functionalities, and collaborate with the implementation team to optimize the onboarding process.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, providing real-time technical support and assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Guide clients through system functionalities and best practices to ensure successful adoption.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
- Work closely with the implementation team to align client needs with system
capabilities.

Requirements:
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience with troubleshooting software and resolving technical issues.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills.

Schedule & Location:
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday to Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Training: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Location: In-office, Har Hotzvim
