Company is a fast-growing, U.S. based, retail and restaurant technology company with our main technology office located in Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem. We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of advanced inventory management solutions as part of our integrated software development team. This is a hybrid position
Job Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in defining and executing our product strategy for inventory management. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to build high-impact solutions that meet the complex needs of our customers. This is a senior individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for inventory management features and tools.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through research, analysis, and feedback.
- Translate requirements into detailed product specs, user stories, and roadmap plans.
- Collaborate closely with software development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Continuously assess product performance and iterate based on data and customer feedback.
- Interface with cross-functional teams to align product features with broader company goals.
- Support go-to-market plans and work with stakeholders on product launches and training.
- Contribute to long-term product vision and strategy in the inventory management domain.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise software.
- Proven expertise in building Inventory Management solutions.
- Strong technical background and experience working with integrated software development teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced in-office environment.
- Must be located in or able to commute daily to Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem. However, a significant portion of schedule is expected to be aligned with US East Coast work day.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building or integrating EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) solutions.
- Background in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
