Location: Tel Aviv | Full-Time & Part Time Openings
The Garden School, a Reggio Emilia-inspired preschool in Tel Aviv, is looking for a warm, motivated, and creative early childhood educator to join our team. This is a full-time position working with children ages 2–4 in a supportive, collaborative, and inspiring learning environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and leading developmentally appropriate activities for the 2-year-old class, inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Work closely with a team of experienced educators to design and implement a responsive and engaging curriculum
What We’re Looking For:
- A caring, responsible, and creative individual with a deep respect for children
- Fluent in English or Hebrew
- Experience working with young children in an early childhood setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Familiarity with Judaism and/or progressive educational philosophies is a plus
