We’re a small team working with commercial real estate investors. The core work is highly personalized outbound email prospecting (not mass email blasts), using CRM data and research. Strong ownership mentality required. It’s a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking initiative, learning as they go, and being part of something in its growth phase. The right person will have real influence over results and the ability to grow the role over time based on performance and interests.
Responsibilities:
- Research prospects and mine data from CRM and paid databases
- Write highly personalized 1:1 outbound emails (not mass campaigns)
- Run targeted email campaigns based on prospect profiling
- Improve outreach based on results and conversion performance
- Support sales follow-up and deal flow as the role grows
Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, hunter mindset
- Experience with outbound email prospecting or sales outreach
- Comfortable working in an unstructured, early-stage environment
- Tech-savvy; curious and willing to learn CRM, automation, and AI tools
- Looking for long-term growth and ownership (not a corporate role)
