Fundraiser 
A leading Israel-based nonprofit organization supporting children with special needs is seeking a bilingual Fundraiser to join our dynamic team. This position requires an individual who is passionate about our mission and eager to drive fundraising efforts to support our growth.

Location: Jerusalem Office
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel abroad at least 4 times per year

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and Manage Donor Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing donors and prospective high-net-worth individuals to increase financial support.
  • Donor Solicitation: Actively solicit donations through meetings, calls, and personalized communications, with a focus on major gifts.
  • Oversee Grant Writing: Work closely with the resource development team to oversee the preparation of compelling and tailored grant proposals and reports.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute fundraising events and donor-related initiatives to engage current donors and attract new supporters.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Oversee Marketing & Communications: Oversee the development of donor-facing marketing materials to communicate the organization’s impact and needs.
  • Travel: Represent the organization at donor meetings and fundraising events, both within Israel and internationally. At least four trips abroad per year required.
  • CRM & Database Management: Use the organization's CRM system to track donations, manage relationships, and ensure timely follow-up.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Passion for advancing the well-being of children with special needs and a commitment to the mission of the organization.
  • Proven success in fundraising, particularly with high-net-worth individuals, corporate sponsors, and foundations.
  • Native-level proficiency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Hebrew (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with donors.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness and ability to travel abroad at least 4 times a year.
  • High integrity and a proactive attitude.
