We are looking for a result-oriented Recruiter / Marketing Specialist to source workers for our company in Israel (Tel Aviv). We accept candidates living in Israel OR highly skilled recruiters from abroad (Sri Lanka/Global).

Your Role:

• Create and manage advertisements in Sri Lankan social media groups (Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram).
• Source and screen candidates for cleaning positions.
• Ensure candidates are reliable and meet the basic requirements (English/Hebrew).

Requirements:

• Fluent English (all communication with us will be in English).
• Proven experience in advertising and digital recruitment.
• Strong networking skills within the Sri Lankan community.
