*Remote Job offer: Community Manager and Events Coordinator*
A tech organization is hiring a part-time Community Manager and Events Coordinator to support its U.S.-based community and events. The role includes CRM updates, moderating WhatsApp groups, coordinating webinars and physical events, managing budgets, and sharing community content. The ideal candidate will have a blend of hospitality, event management, and marketing experience and is proactive, organized, and passionate about bringing people together.
The role requires approximately 4 flexible hours per day, with working hours adaptable to any time zone, including Israel.
*Key Responsibilities*: Maintain member database (Airtable), Moderate WhatsApp groups and encourage engagement, Design simple flyers and promote online events, Remotely coordinate physical gatherings (e.g, dinners, Shabbat events), Collect and share community feedback and news, Handle vendor outreach and event budgeting.
*Requirements* : 2+ years in a corporate setting, 1+ year in project management, strategic comms, or financial management, 1+ year organizing events and internal communications. Bonus: Experience in event marketing and social media management.
