Remote Accounting Position – Advanced Level (Female)

A growing financial services business is looking to hire a strong, experienced accounting professional to work remotely.

This is not a basic bookkeeping position. We are looking for someone who truly understands accounting — not just entering bills and reconciling, but someone who understands how accounts work (Assets, Liabilities, Equity, etc.) and can discuss and set up accounts properly for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare complex financial reports
• Understand how to structure accounts correctly
• Generate reports in QuickBooks
• Transfer reports to Excel and enhance them for better clarity
• Modify reports and add explanations to help clients understand the numbers clearly
• Present reports in a clean, professional, easy-to-read format

Requirements:

• Strong QuickBooks experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work independently
• Clear communication skills

A Plus:

• Knowledge of Trust & Estate Planning
