Reservations Agent
World Class Travel is looking for a highly organized, service-driven professional to join our incoming tourism team.
In this role, you’ll coordinate travel arrangements across Israel—hotels, transfers, VIP services, and more—working closely with guests, agents, and suppliers. We seek someone with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and confirm travel services, including accommodations and logistics
- Communicate with clients and suppliers in Hebrew and English
- Deliver top-tier service throughout the booking process
- Handle last-minute changes and problem-solve under pressure
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all arrangements
What You’ll Bring:
- Fluency in Hebrew and English, spoken and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Flexibility for occasional evenings or Fridays
- Tourism industry experience preferred
