Make extra money. Work from home at times that are convenient for you.
A woman is needed with knowledge of all types of media advertising. Preferably an English-speaking new immigrant who is familiar with the English-speaking community. (Facebook, newspapers, WhatsApp. In English for English speakers).
Goal: To help new immigrants who cannot afford to pay full brokerage fees (on their first home in Israel) find a home to buy or those who are looking for a place to rent. We work at a symbolic price to help them acclimatize in Israel. (We charge much less than the market price).
We also help new immigrants translate and explain the content of contracts to them before they sign them. (Some sign contracts that are not necessarily in their favor and then encounter legal problems).
To start: You will earn 50 shekels per hour. 20 hours a month. If it works well, there is a possibility of more hours. Payment in cash.
Suitable for a woman with understanding, creativity, patience, and values of helping new immigrants in their hours of absorption in Israel, which are not easy. (Not everything in life is money!).
No need for an agent, and you do not need to have a broker's license. This is advertising work.
We work with a brokerage license, legally.

Someone who is able to work with communication and teamwork, broad-minded, emotionally mature, with an excellent character with whom I can patiently share work plans, and build something that helps people. (Including several more donation and support projects and helping people in need).
(We also organize workshops on the topics: "Know Your Rights" for new immigrants in English to know their rights in Israel, including drafting letters to the government, etc.).
