Position Overview
As Controller and Bookkeeper, Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you will oversee all financial operations across multiple entities and geographies, ensuring best-in-class practices in reporting, compliance, planning, and risk management. Managing multiple Quickbooks files companies online and overseeing all the bookkeeping requirements. Provide consolidated financials
This is a newly created position designed to support the company’s growth trajectory and multi-entity structure. You will serve as a critical financial partner across the business, driving insights, overseeing international audits and filings, and ensuring fiscal discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Executive Leadership
- Directly report to and work with the CEO and COO on financial planning, business strategy, and risk management.
- Provide financial guidance and insight to support long-term strategic initiatives.
Financial Management & Reporting
- Lead the preparation of accurate and timely consolidated financial reports for all subsidiaries and affiliated entities.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, budgeting, and forecasting across entities.
- Coordinate the external audit process, managing auditors and ensuring timely completion of audits.
Compliance & Tax Operations
- Oversee annual tax filings for multiple companies, including U.S. and international filings.
- Manage transfer pricing documentation and studies, ensuring compliance with U.S. and international regulations.
- Stay current on regulatory changes and proactively ensure full compliance across all jurisdictions.
Operational Finance
- Develop and enhance internal financial systems, tools, and processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Work closely with accounting teams in the U.S. and Israel to ensure accurate bookkeeping, intercompany reconciliations, and internal controls.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, including experience managing multinational finances.
- Proven track record overseeing audits, tax filings, and financial reporting for multiple entities.
- Experience preparing consolidated financial statements and working in complex organizational structures.
Preferred
- CPA (U.S. or Israeli) or equivalent professional designation is strongly preferred, but not mandatory.
- Direct experience handling U.S. tax returns, international tax compliance, and transfer pricing requirements.
