We completely renovated the house, expanding the kitchen, installing a gate and intercom system with three security cameras, and adding a service room connected to the bathroom. We added roof insulation, attic stairs, replaced all plumbing, performed a full home inspection (bedek bayit), installed an intercom screen inside, and upgraded the internet system with a separate router upstairs.
