Marketing Coordinator
Location: Jerusalem | Type: Full-Time | Experience: 2+ Years
Pantry Packers is expanding its reach and impact, and we’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to manage our growing range of campaigns, events, and digital engagement.
Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day execution of our marketing strategy across multiple channels. This role is both hands-on and strategic — you’ll lead content planning, coordinate with outsourced partners (PR, Salesforce, email, PPC), and manage in-house interns supporting content creation, events, and digital asset organization.
You don’t need to do everything yourself — but you do need to know how to prioritize, delegate, and execute, ensuring every campaign and communication reflects our mission and brand.

Digital & Brand Oversight
• Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and video assets
• Maintain and update website content, forms, and landing pages
• Coordinate quarterly SEO audits and updates with external partners
Email & CRM Coordination
• Work with our outsourced email team to manage list segmentation, campaign planning, and donor/visitor cadences
• Oversee follow-up flows including after-visit and Virtual Food Drive (VFD) sequences
Social Media
• Manage daily/weekly content planning across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, & YouTube
• Supervise an in-house content creator intern
• Monitor engagement trends, comments, and DMs
Events & On-Site Marketing
• Coordinate with interns for event logistics, signage, and printed materials
• Keep lobby screens and physical media up to date and aligned with campaigns
PR & Advertising
• Liaise with our external PR consultant for campaign coverage and story placement
• Coordinate with outsourced PPC/advertising agency and track key performance indicators
Asset Management
• Supervise interns in tagging and organizing digital assets (photos, videos, graphics)
• Maintain structured folders and naming conventions across platforms
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…
• Have 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or content management
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
• Communicate clearly with freelancers, vendors, and internal teams
• Know your way around ClickUp, Google Drive, Mailchimp/CRM tools, Canva, and a basic CMS (WordPress, Wix, etc.)
• Are passionate about storytelling and meaningful social impact
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Great to Have):
• Basic video editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express)
• Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop)
• Hebrew/English bilingual
