ποΈ Key Responsibilities
β’ Maintain and manage the project management system and client database.
β’ Provide essential administrative and office management support.
β’ Prepare, send, and track billing and related documentation.
β’ Assist with the processing of various U.S. tax filings

Requirements
β’ Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel
β’ Experience with Adobe PDF or similar tools β an advantage
β’ Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
β’ High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to learn quickly
β’ Fluent in English and Hebrew β required
