We are a UK property management company seeking a highly organised, reliable, and proactive Secretary to join our team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the property management team

  • Drafting professional emails and correspondence

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems

  • Assisting with lease documents, invoices, and property reports

  • Coordinating with tenants, contractors, and solicitors

  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

  • Native-level UK English – both written and spoken

  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role (preferably in property or legal sectors)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), 

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred but not essential:

  • Familiarity with property management processes or legal documentation

  • Experience working with UK-based companies or property systems 

  • Experience working with QuickBooks
