We are a UK property management company seeking a highly organised, reliable, and proactive Secretary to join our team.
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the property management team
Drafting professional emails and correspondence
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems
Assisting with lease documents, invoices, and property reports
Coordinating with tenants, contractors, and solicitors
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
Native-level UK English – both written and spoken
Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role (preferably in property or legal sectors)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel),
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work independently
Familiarity with property management processes or legal documentation
Experience working with UK-based companies or property systems
Experience working with QuickBooks
