Digital Community Manager | Masa Israeli
Masa Israeli was founded 20 years ago with the mission of strengthening belonging and love for Israel, while deepening Jewish, Zionist, and Israeli identity among youth, soldiers, and adults — both in Israel and the diaspora — through meaningful, experiential journeys across the landscapes and sites of the land.
Role Overview
Managing and leading Masa Israeli's communities across social media channels — creating quality, precise, and meaningful content that is connected to the organization's values and its marketing and branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Writing original content for the organization's digital assets (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and additional platforms) in alignment with Masa Israeli's values
- Building and implementing a content plan in collaboration with the Marketing and Creative Manager
- Creating community-based content (field stories, guides, participants) and turning it into marketing assets
- Ongoing community management: publishing, responding, monitoring conversations, and identifying content opportunities
- Analyzing performance and generating insights for the continuous improvement of messaging and engagement
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in community management and/or writing marketing content for social media
- Excellent written Hebrew — fluent, sensitive, values-driven, and precise
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and community-based content
- Ability to work independently as well as within a marketing team
- A genuine connection to the worlds of education, identity, and social action — significant advantage
