Your Role

Help make life smoother for our CEO so Torah Live can keep reaching thousands of kids with inspiring, high-quality Jewish video content. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes superhero handling calendars, travel, donors, and even the occasional FedEx run—whatever helps the mission keep moving (Full time position). 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Stay on Top of the Inbox & Schedule: Help manage the CEO’s fl ow of emails, WhatsApps, and calls—responding, organizing, or fl agging as needed. 

Make Operations Run Smoothly: From booking travel to arranging couriers (or calling a taxi at the last minute!), you’ll handle the day-to-day logistics with calm and care. There may be some personal errands or surprise projects, too—your fl exibility will be appreciated. 

Support Our Fundraising Work: Help draft thank-you notes, donor updates, and short proposals in clear, friendly English (Hebrew’s a bonus!). Keep an eye on follow-ups so our supporters always feel appreciated and connected.

Keep Things Organized: Use tools like monday.com to help track tasks and timelines. You’ll be the one who notices when a receipt is missing or a typo sneaks in—your attention to detail keeps us looking sharp.

Must-Have 

2+ yrs as EA/PA to C-level or director 

Fluent English, passable Hebrew

Tech-savvy

Calm, discreet, and unflappably positive

Nice-to-Have

Driver’s license for quick Jerusalem runs

Previous nonprofit or fundraising support


Location: On-site, Har Hotzvim (Jerusalem) — standard business hours, occasional short travel.
Environmen
t: Shomer-Shabbat, purpose-driven team, plenty of coffee and good vibes.
Compensation
: Salary commensurate with experience, plus training budget and growth path.
