The international makeup brand Natasha Denona is recruiting an Order Operator for our Supply Chain department!
A diverse position that will give you tools and knowledge in everything related customer operations, logistics, inventory analysis and accurate data management in supply chain.
As the Order Operator you will be responsible for:
-Processing customer orders.
- Customer inventory analysis.
- Inventory management
- Review stock levels and analyze overstock and understock items and come up with an action plan.
- Working with logistics warehouses around the world.
- Delivery coordination.
Requirements:
-English, professional level - a must
- Knowledge of Office software and Excel in particular - a must
- 2+ years of experience in order management, planning, logistics or a related field
- Studies in the field of supply chain management – advantage
- Previous experience working with Data – advantage
- SAP knowledge systems – advantage
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
