We are seeking a professional, service driven Office Administrator to provide cross departmental support and staff assistance at an amazing company in Beit Shemesh.

This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills, eager to assist a variety of tasks efficiently and willing to go above and beyond.

Qualifications:

  • Mother tongue level of English and fluent in Hebrew.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Tech-savvy and IT Support Skills
  • Experience with Monday and Salesforce - a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude – a must
