Operations and Procurement Team Member

We are looking for you to join our active and dynamic operations team. Alomone Labs is an established and growing biotech company, engaged in the development, production and marketing of reagents for biomedical research. We provide antibodies, toxins, and peptides for research labs and institutes all over the world.
Work in a supportive and friendly environment in our Jerusalem office.
Job responsibilities include:
• Processing orders and preparing them for delivery / Customer Service emails - such as: Responding to customer inquiries regarding deliveries • Work in computerized procurement systems • Handling of export documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc.)
• Initiate and manage onboarding and supplier registration processes
• Enhance product visibility, performance, and compliance across all commercial channels
Requirements: English at mother tongue level (reading and writing) - mandatory Willingness and ability to quickly learn diverse concepts Excellent human relations and ability to work in a young and dynamic team Ability to accept responsibility, / organizational skills, / efficiency, and diligence
Previous experience with PRIORITY software and/or CRM systems - an advantage
