Kaspenu (Android & iPhone) that lets consumers scan any food product & it
instantly gives all information about the health of that product, including
explanations of ingredients, the nutriscore (a global health standard),
food additives, degree of processing & recommendations for healthier or
better products. This app is the #1 most downloaded free app in Israel.
Yaelle chose the non-profit route because all she’s concerned with is
giving power back to Israelis to shop & eat responsibly. While everyone
told her to ignore Israel & launch in a bigger market, she chose Israel
because that’s what’s closest to her heart.
