We are a leading ERP company, recruiting a secretary for the sales department in Haifa for a diverse position with a real impact!
Responsibilities:
- Calendar management and meeting coordination for the sales manager
- Preparation of marketing presentations, dealing with leads such as preparation of price offers and follow-up on them.
- Documentation and organization of sales and administrative materials in the system
- Working with customers abroad - handling emails and regular responses in English
- Regular work with internal and external interfaces - which includes the Sales Cycle, price quotes etc
Requirements:
- High level of written and oral expression - English and HEBREW (must)
- Mastery of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Outlook
- Highly organized, detail oriented, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently
- Experience in an administrative/secretarial position - a significant advantage.
- Experience with Priority software - a big advantage!
This is a full-time position - 9 hours a day, 08:30-17:30 from the office (no hybrid work)
