We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for a dynamic and fast-paced organization. This role requires creativity, strong communication, and a passion for leveraging technology to find and engage top talent..

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate submissions
  • Conduct phone interviews and support offer negotiations
  • Coordinate directly with clients and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and hiring logistics
  • Maintain organized documentation and track candidate progress throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience working in an office position
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Highly meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Creative problem-solver and go-getter with a proactive mindset
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with AI tools, messaging platforms like WhatsApp, and professional networks like LinkedIn
  • Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new systems and workflows

Position is working from home (in Israel) 4-5 hours a day with 2 hours in the evenings.
