Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate submissions
- Conduct phone interviews and support offer negotiations
- Coordinate directly with clients and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and hiring logistics
- Maintain organized documentation and track candidate progress throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience working in an office position
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Highly meticulous and detail-oriented
- Creative problem-solver and go-getter with a proactive mindset
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with AI tools, messaging platforms like WhatsApp, and professional networks like LinkedIn

Position is working from home (in Israel) 4-5 hours a day with 2 hours in the evenings.
