* You are passionate about beautiful design and about sites that are as simple and as intuitive to use as they are stunning and captivating
* Your attention to detail ensures that your code will be reliable, efficient, quick, and a pleasure to use
* You wouldn't even think of submitting untested code and can accept full ownership for the projects assigned to you
* You love the simplicity of backbone.js (et al), refuse to use more than a single script tag on the page, and monitor the size of your spa closely. No jquery? No problem!
* You know when to use external dependencies, but are also not afraid to write your own. SRP or go home!
