Jerusalem Center for Applied Policy (JCAP)
The Jerusalem Center for Applied Policy is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office
Manager to join our team in a 75% position, with the possibility of expanding to full-time.
Start date: Immediate.
Position Responsibilities:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including logistics and administrative
communication.
• Coordinating meetings and schedules for management and professional staff.
• Project coordination and task management with internal and external partners.
• Assisting with the organization of conferences, events, tours, briefings, and other
activities.
• Managing documents, tracking expenses, and handling basic bookkeeping materials
(this is not an accounting role).
• Providing ongoing administrative support to the team.
Position Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role - required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking, and deadline-driven environment.
• Full proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with Monday.com is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Fluent Hebrew and English.
• High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Access to a vehicle is an advantage, due to off-site meetings and activities.
Position Details:
• Employment scope: In Jerusalem office, 75%-time position, with the possibility of
expanding to full-time.
• Start date: Immediate.
