We’re looking for an outstanding Customer Onboarding Expert to join our team and be part of a life-changing technology that improves the world’s metabolic health and quality of life.

As a Customer Onboarding Expert you will set up customers for immediate success on their Lumen journey. That includes an onboarding video meeting, a product overview, training and making sure they achieve their goals.

In addition you will conduct periodic calls with the customers to make sure they are happy and on track with their Lumen journey. You will also monitor the customers and proactively approach when needed to make sure they are always part of the Lumen family.

You will be working Monday - Friday or Sunday - Thursday; Morning or Evening hours to accommodate global customers.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a “customer first” environment at all times
  • As a Customer Onboarding Expert you will be responsible for providing outstanding onboarding and product assistance to customers worldwide through video calls, online chat and emails
  • Becoming a Lumen product expert
  • Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding process
  • Achieve high Customer Satisfaction and retention
  • Work with the CS experts and other teams

  • Knowledge and experience with nutrition / metabolism / health - Advantage (a desire to know more about these topics is an advantage too)
