Job Description:
We’re expanding and looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as support and service agents for our communication services (cellular, internet, landline, and TV).
You’ll handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and courteously, using our tools and training. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team spirit are essential.
This is a full-time hybrid position, with work based partly in our Jerusalem office and partly remote.
Requirements:
• Native English speaker with basic conversational Hebrew (spoken and written)
• Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• “Anglo mentality” and a proactive approach
• Tech-savvy or eager to learn
• PC, stable internet, and a quiet home workspace
• Call center experience is a plus
