Responsibilities:

  • Filing Medical Records: Ensuring all medical records are properly filed according to established protocols and regulations.
  • Phone Calls: Answering incoming calls, fulfilling inquiries regarding medical records, and providing assistance as needed.
  • Record Retrieval: Obtaining medical records from external facilities or providers as requested providers, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Patient Record Distribution: Sending medical records to patients upon request, following proper verification procedures and ensuring confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Strong preference for candidates with prior administrative experience.
  • Demonstrates an ability to work independently while taking full ownership of tasks.
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment and welcomes constructive feedback from managers.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and finds satisfaction in thorough, detail-oriented work.
  • Ideally possesses a background in customer service or approaches phone calls with a positive and empathetic mindset.

Details:

  • In-Office position in Har Hotzvim
  • Sunday – Thursday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
  • $14/hour paid on Israeli tlush plus legal Israeli benefits
  • Long-term position with room for growth
