Children’s Home Fundraising Team seeks Part-Time English-Language Resource Development Manager - Maternity Leave Cover (6-12months)
The Jerusalem Hills Therapeutic Centers, residential treatment facilities for children-at-risk, located near Kiryat Ye’arim (Abu Ghosh), seeks an experienced English-Language Resource Development Manager, with responsibility for reporting, applications, and donor relations for a maternity leave cover for 6 months - a year (starting August/September 2025).
*Part-time position and possibility of hybrid.
Role:
- Maintain a portfolio of local and international donor accounts
- Generate new income sources via donor research and mapping
- Handle full donation cycle for prospective donors, including: identifying prospective donors, cultivating and maintaining relationships
- Write all grant applications to funders
- Prepare all reports, both narrative and financial
- Manage CRM system (Salesforce) and keep it updated at all times
- Draft and edit English-language public communications (newsletters and social media posts)
Required skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years of similar work experience
- Experience with donor research
- Native-level English speaker
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good Hebrew preferred
- Excellent Computer literacy, including working with a CRM system
Salary: 6,000 NIS/month
