Operations Coordinator

Position Overview:

We're looking for an organized and motivated Entry-Level Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day logistics and help streamline our operations as we grow. As an Entry-Level Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the operational functions that keep our business running smoothly. You'll assist with inventory management, order fulfillment, supply chain coordination, and communication across teams to ensure that every part of the production and delivery process runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with tracking and managing inventory across warehouses and retail locations
• Support production and shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners
• Help monitor order fulfillment and resolve any delays or issues
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and returns
• Collaborate with the merchandising, customer service, and marketing teams
• Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures
• Provide administrative support to the operation team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Passion for the fashion industry and an eagerness to learn
