Israel bars entry to foreign citizens who visited Asia recently

In light of the Ministry of Health's recommendation, and fearing an outbreak of Coronavirus in the country, Minister of the Interior Aryeh Deri announced on Monday evening that Israel would prohibit anyone who has recently stayed in various destinations in certain Southeast-Asian countries and does not hold Israeli citizenship from entering the country.

The instruction is relevant for those who have stayed in Thailand, Macau, Singapore or Hong Kong in the past two weeks.
