Job Overview:

The Logistics Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient expansion of the company. This position requires organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. The Logistics Administrator will work closely with the operations team, local suppliers and external partners to optimize logistics processes and grow the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor operations including inventory management, operations and distribution
  • Connect with suppliers, carriers, warehouses and other local players
  • Conduct research about local markets, shipping, costs, timing and logistic performance metrics
  • Resolve logistic-related issues in a timely manner
  • Assist in communicating with local logistics providers to secure favorable terms
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to align logistic activities with business goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and best practices
