Responsibility

  • Creating a state of mind with all relevant stakeholders that We are the right solution for SpEd, that the pros use Us, and that We are worth $1,000/student/year.

Roles

  • Defining the company’s value proposition towards the various market stakeholders, validating and distilling the value proposition, and evolving the proposition with product releases and market trends.
  • Continuously creating assets for sales and customer-success, to establish the value proposition with prospects and users – presentations, brochures, videos, demos, white papers etc.
  • Creating data-driven assets, by harvesting internal and external data. Such assets include: ROI analysis, outcome comparisons, reports on state of SpEd etc.
  • Educating and enabling the company’s customer-facing personnel on our product, value proposition and assets.
  • Maximizing awareness, brand and value recognition through online and offline activities – campaigns, web, social, events, groups and committees, PR etc.
  • The position does not include direct responsibility for: lead generation (CRO), thought leadership (VP BD), or product management (CPO).

Requirements

  • Experience as a VP Marketing or CMO, reporting directly to CEO, in a company that:
  1. Sold >$20M / year
  2. Main challenge was market education
  3. B2B with users who are not buyers
  4. Preferably EdTech K-12
  • Creative and aggressive
  • Technology-oriented and analytical
  • Excellent content skills, with high-quality and quick output
  • Perfect presentation skills
  • Based in Israel. Willingness to travel to the US.
