Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement fundraising strategies targeting UK-based donors. Identify, approach, cultivate, and retain donors, with a focus on upgrading existing donors and reaching new audiences. Build and maintain donor databases and networks. Travel frequently to the UK (approx. six times per year) for donor meetings and events. Create unique, inspiring on-the-ground experiences for donors in Jerusalem and across Israel. Conduct in-depth donor research and prepare tailored written materials for engagement.
Requirements:
5–10 years of proven success in fundraising – must.
Direct experience in the UK and Israeli philanthropy landscape, including active donor networks and strong market knowledge – must.
Full fluency in Hebrew and English – must.
Willingness to travel abroad approx. six times a year – must.
Full-time availability and strong commitment to the organization’s mission.
