Position: Sourcing Specialist
Location: REMOTE
Requirements:
💡2+ years similar experience from a tech company
💡Deep understanding of the tech landscape
💡Expert level knowledge in sourcing methodologies using cutting-edge sourcing techniques with proven skills in sourcing passive technology professionals and proven skills in developing candidate pipelines (knowledge of Boolean searches, Linkedin Recruiter, X-ray, etc)
💡Experience creating content (blogs, emails, videos, job ads, social media ads)
💡Experience with Canva/Crello/Gifs to make graphics for job posts, with a great eye for design
💡Excellent communication, negotiation and writing skills
💡Command of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
💡Fluent English and strong conversational Hebrew
