Customer Service & Registration Representatives are responsible for processing Birthright Israel applications for Mayanot Israel trips (Birthright trips and Volunteer trips) and guiding applicants from initial contact through confirmed trip attendance. The role focuses on interviews, document collection, applicant support, and proactive outreach to ensure timely completion of all requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct required Birthright Israel applicant interviews
- Proactively reach out to applicants and leads to push the through the funnel
- Guide applicants through application completion and next steps
- Collect, review, and confirm required documentation, including passports, ETA-IL, medical forms, emergency contact information, deposits, and related materials
- Answer applicant questions clearly via phone, email, and SMS
- Track applicant status and follow up on missing or incomplete items
- Support group building and assist in filling open seats
- Help ensure applicants are fully ready for trip offers and flight assignment
- Offer sales of SIM card/phone and insurance options to confirmed participants
Schedule Requirements
- Availability for evening and night shifts is required, as the role supports applicants across multiple global time zones.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, comfort with proactive outreach, and the ability to manage multiple applicants through a multi-step process.
