Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant (English + Hebrew)
Alan R. Deutsch and Associates is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support an executive in our busy, fast-paced accounting and tax practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and prioritizing incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Coordinating calendars, appointments, and scheduling needs
- Handling follow-ups and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Maintaining organized records, files, and workflow processes
- Supporting daily operational needs as required
Qualifications:
- Fluent English and Hebrew (spoken & written)
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Tech-confident; comfortable with Excel, templates, and basic AI tools
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage a variety of tasks
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with tax documents is a strong advantage.
